- 5 / 5By Nikki BAfter having the worst customer service experience of my life at Pandora Cupcakes in Cuyahoga Falls around Thanksgiving, I was determined to give someone else my business. I needed cupcakes with the frosting done a special way. I ordered Marilyn Monroe cupcake toppers and the frosting was supposed to appear to be her dress. Two other cupcake places could not do this for me. I came across Tracy's Treats and emailed a picture of what I needed. They immediately replied back and said they could do it. They were beyond accommodating to my schedule and had the cupcakes ready when I needed them. Not only was the customer service amazing, the cupcakes were the best I have EVER had! I am so grateful to have found this business and have been raving to everyone about them!January 13, 2017
